There are millions of resumes posted on sites such as Monster, Workopolis, Career Builder, Indeed or a company may get 1000’s of resumes for one job posted on their website. Who is going to take the time to review this quantity of resumes? The answer is no one!! That is why companies have created search engines to facilitate the process of pulling the potential best candidates from the pile. If you want to be one of the needles that get pulled from the haystack then your resume needs to have searchable keywords that will do just that.
