01. Technical Sales Manager

  • BS Engineering, BSEE preferred or industry experience
  • 10+ years of experience in technical sales
  • Experience with OEM’s, distributors and manufacturers
  • Proven ability to build long and mutually beneficial relationships
  • Agile team player – work well with others – such as engineers, designers, owners, c-level executives
  • Technical ability to provide hardware and software demonstrations
  • Ability to travel within designated territory and provide necessary reporting

02. Business Development – Field Design Engineer

  • Target is 2-3 customer visits per traveling day with design engineers, minimum 144 visits per year
  • Grow key accounts and develop net new business
  • Responsible for crm, travel calendar and design-in matrix updates.
  • At least 2* demo presentations per travel week, minimum *72 per year
  • Work with the CSR, develop new opportunities together and follow up after existing business in your region
  • Provide support in a pre-sales through post –sales
  • Provide specifications and ideas for new applications.

03. Director of Sales

  • Gathers marketplace information by networking at industry functions, reading trade journals and developing relationships with customers and
  • Develops, nurtures, and maintains relationships with prospective and current
  • Understands manufacturer’s representative line cards and identifies sales channel conflicts.
  • Develops and presents strategies, tactics and specific sales proposals to gain new and expanded business. Develops and presents training on company equipment and capabilities.
  • Evaluates the past performance and potential sales volume of customers and recommends sales program participation accordingly to encourage increased sales.
