Rob Proudfoot

Rob specializes in recruiting for Sales and Sales Management Professionals and is a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) and a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).

Rob has over 25 years in sales, management and recruiting experience. Early in his career he specialized in resurrecting under achieving sales territories with mature companies and received numerous territory management awards including territory manager of the year.

Rob has also been involved with start-ups. He has been responsible for developing marketing/business plans, product development, manufacturing, negotiating supply contracts, negotiating distribution agreements with manufacturers and distributors in Canada, USA and Europe, training service technicians, training client’s sales personnel, sales management, hiring and training a manufacturer’s rep network for the United States.

Throughout his career his consultative approach to selling, coaching, recruiting and business has allowed him to develop a unique talent to work within a true partnership with his clients and to successfully assist in sourcing the right fit to address their needs.

Rob prides himself in his integrity and is committed to continuing education. He has successfully completed industry related courses and is now a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Register Professional Recruiter (RPR) and is a member of Acsess Canada (www.acsess.org).
