Just Another Recruiter?

In 2011 just when I started Apex Global Recruiting (was named Summit Global Recruiting – interesting story goes along with name change LOL). I was heading out the door to meet with one of our very first clients, who was a prospect at the time.

He made a comment that I have yet to forget.

We sat down and talked for about 90 minutes and at the end of the meeting we shook hands and he said “You are not what I was expecting.”

So I asked “What were you expecting?”

He looked me in the eye and said “I was expecting just another recruiter.”

When I heard this I knew I was heading in the right direction.

There is a reason why Jerry Garcia’s quote is prominently displayed on our website. There is a reason why we still do business with the same clients who enlisted us with their searches in 2011. There is a reason why we have established solid partnerships with our clients, our candidates and NPA partners.

So I guess my question at this time is “What type of relationship/partnership do you want to develop with your recruiter/recruitment firm?”

If you are seeking to develop a true partnership, a partnership that provides you with the confidence that the candidates we present will be qualified, motivated and want to work for you and your company, then we should talk.

Who knows you just may just like the way we do business.
